1) Round robin matches will begin at 9:00 AM
until approximately 12:00 PM.
2) Mixed doubles format will apply unless unequal number of men
or women participating.
3) During every round players will compete for a total of 8 games
plus a tiebreak. The tiebreak will be played regardless of the score
and will determine the 9th point of the match.
4) Rain out days will be cancelled and no make ups will be scheduled.
5) Participants will be able to accumulate points based on the total
of games won on each round played. The formula to determine the
total of points earned by each player after every round will be
determine by the total of games won.
(e.g. Team A wins 7-2 over team B. Team A earns 7 points while team
B gets -2).
6) At the end of the month the top man and woman will be consider
champions of the month.
7) Winners of each month will qualify for the end of the year playoffs
championship.
8) Winners will also receive a $ 50.00 gift certificate from one
of our affiliate sponsors.
9) Winners already entered in the payoffs championship, will allow
the next highest ranked player on that month to qualify for the
payoffs.
10) The round robin is FREE for current members of the “The
Club”.
